ColdFusion Developer

HD Web Studio is seeking an expert level ColdFusion developer with 8+ years of web application programming experience, strong hands-on knowledge of CFML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
This position is for a full time on-site ColdFusion developer to join a small web development team in Southwest Virginia or Charlotte North Carolina and work on exciting and challenging projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance and maintain CF10, CF 2016, FW1 full-scale applications
• Ability to work with existing code, making improvements and maintenance changes, thoroughly documenting the logic
• Work with MySQL databases
• Communicate progress and recommendations to the managementProvide CF server tuning and administration
• Work with Windows 2008, 2012 servers and IIS

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Full-scale application architecture development skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills and abilities
• Strong knowledge of ColdFusion 10,2016 including experience with CFCs, custom tags, frameworks (FW1 is the framework of choice)
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with MySQLStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML and JavaScript (JQuery)Windows/IIS Experience
• Knowledge of search engine optimization is a plus
